PHASE I	DAY 0		Your Listing Contract has been received. Now we are ready to begin.
	DAYS 1-7		Your Hausbid Marketing Campaign has been launched.Your property details, showings available dates, and photos on Hausbid.com have been posted. Your Accepting Bids date has been scheduled. & advertised. Hausbid signs have been placed on your property with data sheets & bid forms. Grand Opening Showing Day Occurs
PHASE II	DAYS 7-15		Your custom Hausbid Marketing Campaign continues.Your Showing Available Dates-Invites sent out. Prepare your property for scheduled viewings. Monitor our progress through reports & online traffic reports
	DAYS 16-29		Your custom Hausbid Marketing Campaign continues.Showings Available will be hosted by our agents. We analyze and adjust marketing based on response rate. Monitor our progress through reports & online traffic reports
PHASE III	DAY 30-45		Your custom Hausbid Marketing Campaign continues.Showings Available will be hosted by our agents. We analyze and adjust marketing based on response rate. Monitor our progress through reports & online traffic reports. Advertise “Accepting Bids” drop date
	DAY 45-60		Accepting Bids date drops in this time period.Bids reviewed and negotiated. Bid accepted—move towards closing date!
